"Good experience, just slower than I expected"
I ordered a few skincare items from Nancy's Beauty and overall I’m happy with it. I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, but the prices were decent and everything arrived well packed and in good condition. The only downside was that shipping took a bit longer than I’d expected, so that was slightly disappointing. Still, it was a good experience overall and I’d probably order from them again.

I’d only say this applies if your order is actually moving like mine did, but the shipping was really slow. It took way longer than I expected, and after a while I was just kind of wondering what was even going on.

The tracking barely changed for days, which made it more frustrating. I kept checking it, thinking maybe it would update soon, but then it just sat there and... yeah, not great.

I don’t mind waiting a bit, but this felt too slow for me. Maybe there was a reason, I don’t know, but based on my experience I’d give the shipping 1 star

"Product descriptions felt misleading"
I ordered because the descriptions made everything sound straightforward, but what showed up wasn’t really what I thought I was getting. The sizing felt off, some of the details didn’t match well, and the quality looked cheaper in person. Maybe I missed some fine print, but it felt like one of those polished product pages that says all the right things without really telling you what you’re buying. I wouldn’t order again.

"Delivery took way too long"
I ordered from nancysbeauty.com my first reaction was that the delivery was a mess. The products were totally fine once they finally showed up, but the tracking sat there with no updates for days, so I had no clue where my package was.
Customer service did get back to me, but the replies felt copy-paste. I needed the stuff for a trip and it arrived too late, which was frustrating. Not a terrible shop, but my snap judgment is I wouldn’t order again if I needed anything by a certain date

"Slow replies and left me unsure"
I ordered from nancysbeauty.com and had a question about my order, but it took a few days to get a response. When they finally replied, it felt kind of rushed and didn’t really answer everything, so I had to follow up again. The products were alright, but between the slow support and the way things were handled, it made me question the overall quality a bit.

My order came in pretty much as expected, and the shades matched what I had in my cart and on the email receipt. One of the smaller boxes was a little dented when it arrived, but thankfully everything inside was fine, so no real issue there.

I tried using the site on my phone and just felt left in the dark the whole time. Pages were loading really slowly, the menu kept jumping around, and the checkout process wasn’t clear at all. I was just trying to find one simple product, but after a while I gave up. The layout really needs to be cleaned up and made easier to follow.

"Box arrived in rough shape"
My order itself was okay, but the packaging definitely could’ve been better. The box showed up crushed, and one of the items had leaked a little. To me, that just feels frustrating when you’re paying for delivery and expecting everything to arrive in good condition. Hopefully they improve how they pack future orders.

"I thought the prices were okay overall..."
I thought the prices were okay overall, but not exactly amazing. A couple things felt like a good deal, and then a few others seemed a little high for what you actually get. I was checking prices while holding a coffee and trying not to forget my grocery list, so maybe I noticed it more than usual. Not a bad experience at all, just not the kind of place where I walked out thinking I scored some huge bargain.

I got this sometime last week, or maybe the week before, and the product itself looked okay. Nothing seemed obviously wrong with it, but the packaging felt a bit different from what I remember. Could be just a new design or something, but it made me a little unsure if it's actually genuine.

Honestly , I was frustrated with the communication . I felt like I had to keep chasing things myself , and when I did get replies , they usually took a while . The updates I got were kind of vague too , so overall it just wasn’t a great experience for me

"Getting a Refund Was SUCH a Hassle"
It just wasn’t worth it for me. Trying to get a refund turned into way more back-and-forth than I expected, and the whole process was a PAIN.

"Pretty good overall, though I’ve had slightly better"
I was happy with these overall. The quality feels good and they worked well for what I needed. Compared to a few similar products I’ve tried, these are definitely solid, just not quite perfect. Still a good buy.
